Explore More Access: Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of the Service
Explore More provides digital access to a curated dining network connected to participating hotels and restaurants.
Explore More is an information, access, and technology platform. We help participating hotels and restaurants communicate dining opportunities, verify guest access, and track usage. Explore More does not own, operate, prepare, serve, or manage food, beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality services.
All dining experiences, service, food, beverages, and hospitality are provided directly by the participating venue.
2. Participating Venues
Participating restaurants and venues are independently operated.
Each venue is responsible for its own service standards, menu availability, pricing, hours of operation, reservations, seating, fulfillment, and guest experience.
Explore More does not guarantee that any specific restaurant, menu item, experience, welcome gesture, or dining opportunity will be available at the time of your visit.
3. Availability & Changes
Dining access, welcome experiences, and guest benefits are subject to availability, venue capacity, inventory, operating hours, and management discretion.
Participating venues may modify, substitute, pause, or remove an experience at any time without prior notice.
Certain experiences may require a qualifying dine-in purchase, reservation, minimum party size, or other venue-specific condition, unless clearly stated otherwise by the participating venue.
4. Guest Use
Explore More access is intended for the registered hotel guest and their approved travel party during the eligible stay period.
Access is non-transferable and may not be sold, copied, shared publicly, or used by anyone other than the intended guest or approved group.
Unless otherwise stated, access is limited to one use per group, table, or visit.
Explore More access cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, private arrangements, or third-party programs unless the participating venue allows it.
5. No Cash Value
Explore More access, welcome experiences, and guest benefits have no cash value.
They may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, gift cards, substitutions, or future compensation.
If a venue is unable to provide a specific experience, the guest is not entitled to payment, reimbursement, or replacement from Explore More, the issuing hotel, or the venue.
6. Reservations, Payments & Charges
Guests are responsible for all purchases, taxes, service charges, gratuities, and any other charges made at participating venues.
Reservations, seating, service timing, and final charges are handled directly by the participating venue.
Explore More is not responsible for billing disputes, service disputes, menu pricing, payment issues, or any charges made by a participating venue.
7. Limitation of Liability
Explore More and the issuing hotel are not responsible for the actions, omissions, food quality, beverage quality, service quality, health practices, safety standards, delays, closures, pricing, or fulfillment decisions of any participating venue.
Any issue related to food, beverage, service, payment, or venue experience must be addressed directly with the participating venue.
8. Conduct & Fair Use
Guests are expected to treat venue staff, hotel staff, and Explore More representatives with respect.
Explore More access may be deactivated or restricted in cases of misuse, abuse, attempted fraud, harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of these terms.
Explore More may also restrict access if usage appears inconsistent with the intended guest experience.
9. Data & Usage Tracking
By using Explore More access, you acknowledge that pass activity, venue scans, dining visits, party size, redemption activity, and related usage data may be tracked.
This data may be used to verify access, support venue fulfillment, improve the guest experience, improve the dining network, and provide reporting to participating hotels and venues.
Explore More does not collect payment card details through the access pass.
10. Updates to These Terms
Explore More may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of Explore More access after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
