How do I get my pass?
Instantly delivered to your email, and added to Apple or Google Wallet with one tap.
What if my pass doesn't arrive by email?
The pass will be emailed to you right away, typically within one minute. If you don't get an email within 5 minutes, tap here to email our support team.
Can my whole group use one pass?
Yes, your pass is valid for your entire group.
When does my pass start?
Your card is active as soon as it's delivered.
What’s included?
Access to every Explore More partner perk. You can visit as many restaurants as you want, as often as you want. Perks are provided at each restaurant’s discretion. See Access Terms below.
Does the passholder have to pay the restaurant bill?
No. Anyone can pay the bill at the restaurant. The Explore More VIP Access Pass is separate from each restaurant’s payment system, so the bill can be settled by any member of the group.
How do I use my pass?
When you go to a participating restaurant, show your pass right away. Order food normally, and when you are done, the staff will scan your pass to redeem your perk. Tap the button below for more details.
